Location was amazing. 8 minutes to the door of holy place. Hotel manager and the stuff were very helpful and kind to us. Especially the manager easily solved our problem did everything he could do. On the other hand rooms are messy. Too small, bathroom is like a prison bathroom. Sheets werent clean. In the end if the hotel stuff is and the location is important for you, you can stay here. Otherwise I strongly recommend you other hotels.

Wrong address and the phone number in booking.com ad. I copied it from the app and gave it to the taxi driver who dropped me off at the location and after half an hour going up and down I went to another hotel where they told me 8t was about 10 mins walk from there. I tried to call the number which was provided but that was off too! So it was a complete waste of time..

near the haram, very accessible to food, pharmacy, haram, hospital etc which was a plus point. after we complained to booking.com, the manager upgraded us to a better room. however the overall property was not appealing at all. it was 2 or low 3 star property and the price during Ramadan was high.

was literally steps away from the haram. it was clean, facilities were nice. they had a masjid, wish they had a live stream of the haram so I can pray there while following the sheikh of the haram.
